Plov - all about food By Cultural Center Kuduk
Kuduk Cultural Centre in Kyrgyzstan, which grew out of Art Group 705, a NextGen Partner of the Queen Mathilde Cultural Fund, is a small group of creatives with different backgrounds. They’ve come together with other artists, friends and neighbors to cook the Central Asian food called plov, to talk about what food and cooking mean and how it can be used as a tool for communication.
