The Queen Mathilde Cultural Fund was originally established by a ten-year grant to HRH Queen Mathilde Cultural from the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Ministry continues to provide significant support, along with the Belgian Postcode Lottery. Belgian Embassies provide valued advice and help hosting Awards ceremonies for recipients in their own countries.
